Ahhh that was a good read! I enjoy various ways to attain a meditative state of mind.Gardening and being outdoors in nature is always so relaxing and calming. I aim to be in this state as much of my days as possible too. So learning to stay fully conscious of every moment as it happens is a good method to attain this. I do daily breathing exercises and yogic practises formulated by my guru too which has been the true basis for all other spiritual development I am enjoying nowadays. Namaste 🦋PS. I have moved on from broken gear boxes -( the days of a Jeep Grand Cherokee with broken gearbox are a fading memory ) to electric bicycle charged by my solar power ☺️
