Meetup #29 - Living Your Purpose Workshop | Dinner at Cafe Lafayette

Living Your Purpose was an empowerment event that was organized by @karinzdailygrind with superb support by @coachmelleow and @maverickfoo at this awesome co-working space that I encounter and recommended through this Vulcan Post.

This awesome co-working space took place at Damansara Utama/Uptown Damansara called "Nestspace". It's a three storeys​ co-working space that covers approximated 3000 square feet of spaces​ and sells one of the cheapest coffee that you can find in​ this area which is only RM 6.

With that RM 6 coffee, you can work all day long in​ their space with freaking cold air-cond, super fast 100Mbps internet and nicely decorated interior by the owner himself.

How cool is that with no hourly rates and monthly commitment fees to work at here, definitely​ recommended to everyone especially digital nomad, startups or students.

We had this event in one of the discussion room that was reserved which is just nice for our small crowd of 9 people which includes our Presenter - @coachmelleow & @maverickfoo, Organiser - @karinzdailygrind, and Participants - @kchitrah, @littlenewthings, @deborism, @joannewong, Nina and myself.

As this empowerment workshop is quite personal and we respect each other's​ privacy, I won't be listing out much of the details ongoing but all participants get​ to learn more about

The workshop lasted 3 hours, all participants get​ a BONUS free copy of W Mitchell's Best Selling Book - "It's Not What Happens to You, It's What You Do About It" by @maverickfoo and I bought the ​additional book "Bring Out Their Best" by @coachmelleow paid via SBD

As every workshop ended, it's time to pack​ up the stuff, tidy up the workspace and move to another place to continue hangout chill and have food together around the area. Sadly @coachmelleow & Nina wasn't able to join us but @zord189 was here to join us for dinner later on at Cafe Lafayette.

From the looks of @maverickfoo, he indeed looks like stealing the TV in a broad daylight 😂

Dinner at Cafe Lafayette

Cafe Lafayette located just another block from Nestspaces served Western and Italian fusion cuisine​ and awesome desserts. We managed to secure our table as there weren't many customers​ at that early evening and we had a ​great time chilling.

Well,​ we literally camp at the cafe after the dinner, talking a lot and drinking a lot of water, at least 15+ bottles 🙈 if I didn't miscount​ haha and about 10 PM, we walk ourselves to nearby Family Mart to get some Ice cream.

Stay there about another hour until someone, which is me 😬 literally had to say it's time to say goodbye else we'll be still chatting until late midnight 🤷🏻‍♂️ and the conversation never ends!
