we start around 18:00 but some people are there already around 16:00
You are more than welcome. Let me know if you need any information about hotels or so on.
I have an mri at 13.15 that day I think coming afterwards but it's like at the earliest time I can come around 18.30 but need to check in at a hotel before that also. But still nothing is sure yet.
