EdenChain still at very early phase. Manage to find their smart contract on etherscan, it just looks like a typical erc20 token

I think the smart contract doesnt state this. They use ERC20 token standard syntax, but not ERC721 (Use to trade unique object that can be seperated into smaller unit like coin) which is more suitable one, weird choice. The smart contract just work like normal token right now.
Okay, slightly technical jor here 😂 from what I understand through his presentation but it's subject to research on your own to get more understanding about this EdenChain.

The tokenization term I found it here on their technical paper 🤷🏻♂️.
