Its even possible to get it legal trough the 'schengenavtale' from the Netherlands. I helped my mom out getting support from a Norwegian doctor and importing it legally back in 2012.

Its tru you can go to holland and get a "ticket" for 800euro, then come back to norway and then pay a staggering 30,000 kr a month to receieve 140g i think is is.. the only plus side of this is that your allowed up to 500g at anyone time in your home :)
