Haircuts, Gold, Thailand, and Mene 24k

Today I made a rare venture to the outside world. There I was, minding my own business casually getting a hair cut, not thinking about gold AT ALL.

Suddenly out of the corner of my eye I saw a flash.

I desperately tried not to look.

But with a name like Goldmatters, I could not resist the allure of beautiful gold 2 inches in front of my face.

Normally I am able to ignore the pale diluted color of 14 karat or 18 karat gold in the jewelry common here in the US.... but this was different.

Now it all made sense.

I closed my eyes and peacefully went back to sleep as she buzzed my head, all right in the world once more.
