Travel with MeNE to Virginia City

My Mene Box traveled with me to Virginia City, and my head almost exploded.

The road itself is literally quite long and windy to Virginia City:

Everything in this mining town is about gold and silver!

It took me about 30 seconds to start finding good gold material:

Gold paraphernalia was pretty much everywhere:

There was all kinds information and history on the mining activities here over 100 years ago:

Endless artifacts related to precious metals mining:

It’s interesting to think that any gold mined here will be above ground forever in some form whether bullion, coins, industrial or jewelry.

The same gold that was mined here could even be in some of the Mene you are wearing:

The same gold that this guy mined once will never evaporate, rust, or cease to exists on this planet:

Of course there are all kinds of overpriced souvenirs in Virginia City:

This one in particular caught my attention :

The saloons here a little shall we say... old school?

There is also a whole lot of silver in Virgina City. This lady is made up of over 3000 silver dollars!

There is endless gold and silver stuff to look at here, really I could spend all day with this stuff:

Maybe I’ll just move here with my metal detector and wear my Mene all day!
