I have been talking about having or surrounding yourself with the right kind of relationship; or the right kind of people but i want to also tell us about other kind of relationship that you must not and in fact cannot trivialize.
Other kinds of relationship to cultivate:
3 Up line relationship:
Never trivialize the relationship of people above you; people who know more than you, people who see better than you, and people who have better experience than you, and age is never into consideration where this is concerned.
Your spiritual leaders and mentors fall into this category too. When you nourish your up line relationship; people you can look up to, you won't only go far but you will see far.
You cannot walk with giants and remain a dwarf. When a giant bear you on the shoulder, you won't only go far effortlessly, but you will see far and farther.
A lot of times we attribute having this up line relationship to gaining financial favours. You don't need them to meet your financial need, but you need them, so you can learn from their wealth of experience and tap into their Grace because when you have what they have, then they can translate those things into financial gains for you. Pure logic.
How do you see those you look up to? What are you learning or feeding off them? What draws you to them? You need to get your priorities right and know what you seek, while believing in your own abilities or capabilities.
