Welcome back to my favourite music...alphabetically.

Favourite Artist: Wormed

Genre: Brutal Death Metal, Technical Death Metal
Cool space themed brutal death metal with absolutely ridiculous vocals. This is the type of music that completely overwhelms you. I like the space theme much better than the usual gory theme of regular brutal death metal, that's not my cup of tea. This stuff is just a lot of fun. Check out: Exodromos (2013)

Favourite Album: Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd

Genre: Progressive Rock, Art Rock
An obvious choice, but well-deserved, Wish You Were Here is my favourite Pink Floyd album and upon reflection I'm giving it a 10/10. It's bookended by the incredible Shine on You Crazy Diamond and includes the masterpiece of a title track and the fantastic Have a Cigar. Despite the relative weakness of Welcome to the Machine it's only a slight blip on this amazing album. Have a read of my full review here.

See above :) (War Pigs by Black Sabbath is a close runner-up. One of their finest songs.)
