Padmasana means lotus. Padmasana is the best state for pranayama and meditation. According to the Puranas, by doing pranayama in the currency of Padmasan, the yogi becomes free from all worries.The longer you do Padmasana, you will get the same benefits.

Benefits of Padmasana:

1) Reed bone is strong
2) Helps stay concentrated.
3) Foot muscles and nasir become ligaments.
4) The digestive system is strong
5) Constipation, substandard, decay, asthma, gale diseases are far away

Padmasana is done by making the basis of legs. In the beginning, it is very difficult to come in the post of Padmasana.So do Padmasan to increase the flexibility of pavements

Method of Padmasana:
