1 HODL

 — Hold On for Dear Life. A crypto trader who buys a coin and does not see himself selling, so hold the  coin for the  future coin will rise,  is called a hodler of the coin.

2 FOMO

—  Short form for ‘fear of missing out’. The feeling when you see a huge green dildo on a chart and you don’t own that coin, so you sell other shit to buy into it freaking out. As crypto trading is still very much driven by emotions rather than valuation, FOMO is a huge factor to consider when swing trading in crypto.

3 FUD
—Short form for ‘fear, uncertainty and doubt’.

4 ATH

—Short form for “All-Time High”. Therefore it means the highest historical price of a specific coin

5 SHILL

—It's like any group of people spread rumors a particular coin to  mankind through the social media, Traders who bought a coin has an interest in shilling the coin, in hopes of igniting the public’s interest in that particular coin.

6 BTFD
“Buy The Fucking Dip” – When people are running around and selling because of fear, this is the time to buy.

7 Long-Short

Long a position that a trader takes. To take a long position on something is to believe its value will rise in the future. in the short term ts value will fall in the future.

8 Initial Coin Offering

—A cryptocurrency startup firm can raise funds through Initial Coin Offering (ICO), in which the the firm creates a strategic plan on a whitepaper .

9 Whale
—A huge player who has a substantial amount of capital. Whales are often the market movers for small alt-coins too due to their huge capital ,manipulate the market.

10 BUY | SELL Wall

—A wall as seen in the depth chart of exchanges is an amalgamation of limit orders of the same price target.

11 Bag Holder

—A term to refer to a trader who bought in at a high and missed his opportunity to sell, leaving him with worthless coins.

12 bearish bullish market

—Bearish and Bullish are simply terms used to characterize trends in the currency, commodity or stock markets. If prices tend to be moving upward, it is a bull market. If prices are moving downward, it is a bear market. Of course, this doesn't have to refer to the market overall.

13 Moon

—A crypto slang that means such extreme bullish movement of a coin that it is heading to the Moon.

14 pump-and-dump

—A stock manipulation scheme in which one or more investors promote (pump) a security they own with the express intent to sell (dump) it at an artificially inflated price.

15 FA/TA

—FA usually means "Fundamental Analysis" The assessment of stocks or other instruments based on their financial, company or business measures. Usually based on financial statements, profit, revenue etc.

TA technical analysis is a methodology that makes buy and sell decisions using market statistics. It primarily involves studying charts showing the trading history and statistics for whatever security is being analyzed

16 Rekt 

—is a slang version of "wrecked" that is sometimes used in multiplayer gaming. It refers to one player or team getting severely beaten by an opponent. It may describe a match that wasn't even close or an attack in which one side got demolished by the other.

17 Altcoin

—“Alternate coin” so it is everything other than Bitcoin (BTC). If BTC goes down, other coins go down.
