the nuclear energy in todays world is the most abundently used resource for running the lifeline of a nation...apart from it it is also the most dangerous weapon to posses today...therefore, the NSG(found in 1974) have imposed hard rules regarding the possession of the nuclear energy... the non-NSG group nations can not posses nuclear technology and the NSG nations can provide this technology to other nations only if they commit to the use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes... but offcourse there are some exeptions..
