today I am talk about why we need regular exercise .

    Exercise make you happier and also impove yoir mood , feeling stressfree and it also helps you to reduce symptoms for suffering from anxiety .

  2. Loss weight:-
    Now-a-day peoples are lazy day by day and gain weight . while we do regular exercise , we burn more calories per day and improve muscle and bones strenght .

3.Increase Energy .
exercise also give you boost and people feel healthy .

4:- Improve skin problem.
Exercise also remove some oxidative stress in our body , Improve blood flow in our body.

5:- Sex Life Better :-
exercise improve sexual performance and also sexual pleasure and reduce risk of erectile dysfunctio in mens and womens ...
