BJP's 'bitcoin scam' is it true...?

Recently in india ruling government has passed their rules to stop the transactions  banks to the bitcoin exchanges. recently the indian national congress party of india has stated that the bjp party leaders has converted the lack money in to bitcoins.The expected amount of bitcoins that $727 millions to $12.79 billions.due these obligations by the indian national congress  are that the bjp leaders are using these scams to  convert their lack money to white. these obligations are made on the bjp by INC spokesperson
