Bitcoin in India

in #mgsc6 years ago

India is a developing country, which we are hearing from past so many years. Why is it still not developed?
Many big 'Fortune 500' companies and big industries across the globe have Indians working in them. Why do Indians go abroad and work for those companies?
Are Indians less intelligent or less hard/smart working as compared to foreigners?
These questions haunt many persons, but many of us may know the answers, which are somewhat disturbing.
India is not still qualified to be a developed country, because a technology, which is being adapted by other countries as soon as it comes into existence, India fails to digest and accept it that soon.
Some of the persons, like our politicians especially, see their own benefit in everything, rather than the benefit of general public.
Indians are as intelligent as rest of technocrats and entrepreneurs across the globe, yet they choose to go abroad for higher studies or for a job, why? Because they find better scope and technologies there, compared to India.
Similar is with our favorite bitcoin. Bitcoin is one of the greatest revolutions of the 21st century. While most of the other countries have accepted the technology wholeheartedly, and some of them have even regulated it, it is still taking time for the RBI or Indian Govt to even understand it.
People who have little or no knowledge about bitcoin here, say that it is a 'bubble', ponzi scheme, scam, bla-bla.. Govt can't ban it, so discouraging people to buy it, and RBI issued a circular against it, which we all know.
The govt schemes like KVP, NSC, MF, PPF etc, I term them all as 'quaint, quasistatic' schemes, which practically give no profit even after 10 years. Bitcoin has posed a kind of threat for those schemes, so this discouragement.
But if govt simply regulate it, it will generate much more revenue from the taxes from it, much more people will be employed, and their economic condition will improve more. Yet the govt is scared. But still I hope that bitcoin will be regulated very soon. Like some of us are doing, we should use #Isupportcrypto tag on social media sites like facebook, twitter or instagram, and tag some govt officials in it. It may make some difference, when they see the immense support for bitcoin, and understand its importance.
