The United States always look for ways to improve the military, this always means a kind of consequence not always good, the important thing is that there is a balance in the lives of the soldiers. If only we can all put our minds together (Every single country on this planet) to do something better than kill us. We should be searching the universe, and trying to become an interplanetary species.The war is either totally covert or totally overt and the middle ground is left for the mediocre military might.
