How to control your mind and become successful in life.

Hi friends,

We all would have had many dreams during our childhood. Just think of your dream. Have you ever tried to achieve it? But as we grow we think that reality and dreams are different and we start to move on an entirely different path. But some ordinary people in this world have achieved a lot. So what is the thing that they had and not you? Is it any supernatural power? No, they had control over their mind but we don't. So is going to tell you how to have control over your mind.

You can split your mind into two different categories conscious mind and subconscious. A conscious mind is the one in which we think and make decisions. We take thousands of decisions in a day like "should I wake up ?" , "which side should I turn ?" , "which brush should I use ?" until you sleep. So since we can't strain ourselves and take soo many decisions, most of the decisions are being taken by the subconscious mind. 95% of your decisions are being taken by subconscious mind ad only 5% is being taken by us. So when you start to control your subconscious mind you can start achieving your goals.

Our subconscious mind records everything from our birth till what we are doing now. For eg: If you are listening to music and if you sleep, your subconscious mind records the music. Don't believe me? Ok let me give you an example, just think how you wake up when your alarm rings or when your parents yell at you when you are sleeping. Here, in this case, no one is touching you but still, you wake up, this is because your subconscious mind records everything around you and so when alarm rings or when your parents yell your subconscious mind says to your conscious mind that you have to wake up and that is why you wake up. So remember that your subconscious mind is a very good recorder.

Next thing is that your subconscious mind doesn't know to differentiate between good and bad. For eg: Have you ever seen smokers? Have you ever sen no smoking sign or the quote "Smoking causes cancer, smoking kills" at the label of a cigarette box? Even after seeing this the count of smokers keeps increasing. This is because when you see something more often your mind tends to do it.

The third point is that you may have thought that you must make decisions for certain things, but actually, your subconscious mind takes most of the decisions without you knowing about it. For eg: if you are buying a phone or a house or anything that people around you praise a lot or talk a lot about, your subconscious mind fixes that this is best and your subconscious mind takes decisions about it.

The next points is that subconscious mind cannot differentiate between reality and dream. For eg: if you are watching TV and you see an emotional scene, most of us tend to cry (or) if you are watching a horror movie, your mind knows that it is a movie and there is no ghost in reality but still you get scared.

So now all you have to do is to control your subconscious part:

Visualization:
Change the wallpaper of your phone and laptop as the dream you want to achieve. For eg: If you want to become like Floyd Mayweather (undefeated boxer in professional boxing 50-0) keep his photo as the wallpaper. This is because when you tend to see it repeatedly your subconscious will remind you of your ambition. Or stick it near or above the place you see the most.
2)Keep telling yourself about your ambition on a regular basis i.e, everyday or also keep an alarm or a caller tune like , in some smartphones we can change the alarm or caller tune to our voice, For eg: if my ambition is a boxer, then my caller tune and alarm would be like "My ambition is boxer" . Sounds funny right? Yes, it is 😂 but it is very useful.
3)Everyone has an inspiration, so you would have noted down some of their characters (try to not only good), implement those characters in your real life, like their walking style or the way they talk or their movements, etc.
So let's recall the three steps once again:

When you start seeing the same thing again your subconscious will make you think about it and you will try to achieve it.
2)When you hear something repeatedly or when you say something to yourself repeatedly you are telling to your brain that this is what you have to do.
3)When we try to implement some characters of people who have achieved a lot we actually trick our subconscious that we have achieved something big and your subconscious will act according to it.
