Positive mindset/Negative mindset

Hello dear friends!

Hundreds of thoughts per day arise in our brain, some of which are positive and some thoughts are negative. Analysis shows that the number of negative thoughts is higher than positive thoughts.
Have you ever thought that only negative thoughts affect our brain, in fact, the reality is that our brain is always imaginative and thinks of things that are far away from our reach in reality, Due to doing this, we try to fulfill them in our mind because of which negative thoughts dominate our mind.

It is our mentality that negative thoughts give us a chance to grow. If negative tendencies take a broad form, then our ability to change positive thinking also weakens the power of man to think, because the negative thoughts stream over us.
In such a situation, we have to be ready to take the losses from all sides.
Sometimes negative tendencies dominate us so much that the power to understand good and bad thoughts weakens. To avoid negative trends, we need to develop positive thinking in our brain. We should try to separate our attention from things that distract us from our goal. Meditation and Yoga can be a good medium. Proof of evidence can be done at the beginning of the day. Keep yourself busy constantly for not being too imaginative. Control such tendencies, anger, hatred, irritability, jealousy etc.

Spend your time in harmony with the good people. Always try to keep yourself happy. Go to bed early in the night and get up early in the morning. For the freshness of the morning, jogging can also go on. All this keeps our brain fresh and prevents negative trends from flourishing.
If we succeed in doing this, we can get rid of negative tendencies to a great extent and imagine a happy life. If our thinking is positive then surely people's thoughts will also get positive.
