New York is looking to cultivate development in its digital currency mining area, with the New York State Open Administration Commission (PSC) endorsing new power rates for Massena Electric Office. The new arrangements will encourage "high-thickness stack clients, in that capacity digital currency organizations" getting to "singular administrations assention tariff[s]," including "protect[ion] [… ] from expanded supply costs."
