Austin Mini 95 Pickup - How our journey began
I took ownership of my Austin Mini 95 pickup 2 years ago and it was already in quite good shape. I’ve done quite a bit to it since and wanted to share it over a few posts detailing what’s been done over the years.
The day I got it home:
It came with an Ifor Williams canopy at the time:
In 2015 I mainly enjoyed driving it. But in 2016 some major upgrades occurred. I’ll cover those in another post.
It’s important to mention it also comes with a pretty gnarly engine. A A-Series/K1100RS hybrid that produces 135bhp. It’s a wild drive
Hopefully this is of interest to some Steemians; I’ve not included loads of detail because there aren’t many other build threads on Steem (admittedly this might not be a popular place for them).
