Making decisions sucks, it really drains my energy when I need to choose and make a decision.
Oh, eine Minimalistin! Sehr schön! Ich bin seit vielen Jahren auch dabei, mein Leben von allem Materialistischen zu entleeren. Und auch von mentalem Ballast. Es ist unglaublich befreiend!
Minimalismus interessiert mich aktuell auch sehr, toller trotzdem übersichtlich gehaltener Artikel! Ich habe einige Zeit vegan gelebt und empfand es hierbei auch teilweise als befreiend weniger Auswahl zu haben (damals war die Auswahl im Supermarkt noch überschaubar) und dadurch weniger Engery für den Prozess einer Entscheidung opfern zu müssen. Freue mich noch mehr über dieses Thema von dir zu lesen! LG
Never thought about actively limiting decisions, however I might have done so out of cheer necessity (wearing same clothes for a few days in a row, meal prepping ahead of time, etc.)
At times when I simply don't want to or not ready to make a decision I find myself being indecisive.
