Minnowbooster is a promotional tool to help small minnows get a little more traction on the platform. It's very difficult to get noticed and earn votes from the pool. This will help you get a little more bang for your buck. You'll earn back what you sent, and then some. The risk is small unless STEEM value goes down significantly. So give it a try!

You can also vote for friends' posts if you feel like your vote isn't worth much and you want to make an impression on their end vote.
