There is over 1000 new accounts being created every day (average). But not all of them are content creators. Some of them are here from projects like @steemmonsters and some are mostly just commenting or just investing in crypto. The end result is that it has become hard to find new great content creators. Some of the old creators have left and some are still going strong as usual.

How Does @minnowbooster Whitelist Work?

• First you need to get invited from someone who is already in the whitelist.
• Then you need to get 5 net approvals from other existing members.
• One disapproval will cost you 2 approvals.
• 5 disapprovals and you get disqualified.

I believe in maintaining standards. To be invited the account will have to fulfill few things.

• Should post at least few times a month.
• Cannot be involved in any scams or shilling sub par projects.
• No hostile/malicious behavior towards STEEM or its users.
• Quality writing/Original Art/ Original Photography or Open Source contributions is a must.

You can recommend yourself or another as long as the above criteria is met.
