How Miraculous was born - Special 3 Years of Miraculous! by l4dybug

On the 1st of September the third anniversary of Miraculous was celebrated! So today I will explain in this post how was born the TV series Miraculous - the stories of Ladybug and Chat Noir and what inspired some episodes of the first and second season!!

The idea of creating Miraculous was born to the French Thomas Astruc, who had gone to an event for a TV series that many Italians will know: W.I.T.C.H ..
During this event, drawings were exchanged, so Thomas designed Ladybug and then developed the entire saga.

The anime never came out
At the beginning the idea was to create an anime, and this trailer was created:

But the protagonists of the anime were not Marinette and Adrien, but Felix and Bridgette. Bridgette, in the original cardboard, was kept the same, except that they changed her name to Marinette, who shortened her pigtails and drew her slightly different clothes, while Felix was directly removed because it was considered too dark and gloomy for a public of children smaller, and so was born Adrien, which while maintaining the color of the hair and that of the eyes with Felix, has a completely different character, in fact it is solar and open.
In the end, however, it was decided to make a cartoon. The first country where Miraculous aired is the East, in fact they asked Astruc a cartoon set in Paris and he introduced Miraculous, which was a great success.

Ladybug and Chat Noir
But let's see now what Ladybug and Chat Noir are inspired by.
Ladybug is said to have been inspired by the character of Spiderman, both are insects, both are red, etc.

While Chat Noir had to be an insider to Cat women, a new superhero at the time; both are cats, they are dressed in black, etc.

Also the transformation of ladybug in 3D was realized, even if it was decided not to use it because some details could not be made good.
