Factory reset

Another princess with hair extensions. Once again, I'm thrown off by the disconnect between the girl I saw a month ago with short hair and the one now sporting those braids. But it doesn't matter. If I don't recognize her now, I will later. I'm surprised by the familiar way she treats me and interacts with me. I reciprocate the confidence, kindness, and warmth, yet I still don't remember her. I need a factory reset!
