If you can post a high quality article that follow the guidelines you could get rewarded.
@andyphonna, it's about adding value to the blockchain. @steemambassador is not a charity.
It is not up to any individual whether you get an upvote from @steemambassador, it is about whether you reach a threshold of votes from the Steem Ambassadors. And they are only going to do that where you are talking about having participated in/going to participate in #promo-steem activities.
Just posting something with the #promo-steem tag and asking for money is not going to get upvotes. May I suggest you read the Promo-Steem content creators guidelines
