Season 2017-2018 Play-Offs Review | 81W-67L-26P| +5.84 units Profit
Despite my intention to take 100 Days Off, I was unable to resist taking a couple bets while watching some of the play-off matches last weekend. The play-offs have never been that profitable in the past since I always got a bit burned out after a long season and never put enough effort into it. I will be using Steemit as a way reflect and post results from the matches I do end up watching live which should give me highly increased discipline during 10 weeks in which the play-offs are played.
I realise that this might not be enough to beat the highly competitive betting market, but in the worst case scenario I learn a valuable lesson for the future.
Similar to the regular Season, posting a weekly update along with some bets on Steemit and also starting to share my Live Betting views on our SBC Discord Channel really paid off.
My expectations were quite low based on results from previous seasons and knowing I was not going to give it all my 100% focus but the good form from the regular season continued and I made a solid +5.84 units profit after 173 bets and 88.48 units wagered which is good for +6.66% ROI. This bring my overall season results to +7.05% ROI on 1005 Bets which is one of the bets I had so far !

Where it was impossible to actually share some Live bets on Steemit in the past, the creation of the Steemit Betting Community which has it's own Discord Channel thanks to @beat-the-bookies now made it possible during the play-offs (starting week 5) . I both shared Official bets which are usually my bigger positions that are not impulsive (mainly bets where I have a target time and price for that are ready to go when the target hits) and are possible to follow. All other bets (underd | underdog | corners | ... that are often more impulsive and often impossible to follow were posted just for the info as unofficial bets)
