Dinosaurs talking about cryptos and a few words about Bitcoin Yoga
Hi readers, as the new week rolls in, let's get our reading glasses out (who have any) and see what's going on around us.
Dinosaurs! No, not actual dinosaurs, but relics from times that have passed. Warren Buffett and his buddy Charlie Munger have reiterated their stance against cryptocurrencies at an annual Berkshire Hathaway shareholders meet.
While there are talks about Buffett moving some of his funds into Bitcoin himself, the legendary investor called Bitcoin "rat poison squared". According to Buffett, cryptos are not a productive asset or commodity, backed by any real value.
The Berkshire Hathaway Vice chairman and Buffett's long term buddy Charlie Munger went as far as calling cryptocurrency trading a dementia, as it's speculative and volatile nature means that a buyer can only hope that someone buys if off him higher, comparing trading Bitcoin to trading turds - as people FOMO in, evenryone wants a piece of the turd.
Yet the institutional giants tell another story. Goldman Sachs recently getting their own crypto desk and other large players looking more and more into it, pose a question - whether Buffett and his buddies are nocoiners and have missed the boat, are just talking crap or want to load their boat even more cheaper.
The reality for most is, that there is almost always not enough spare funds to load your boat when the price is just right. Some assets must be liquidated to buy another, unless one has a big piece of cash just waiting on the sidelines - but these large investors are not the type to let money sit doing nothing.
What to make of it? Let's see after a couple of years. Until then, enjoy the ride and try to get your piece of the pie.

People can apparently take yoga asanas (poses) while listening to deep conversations about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin seems quite an agressive and controversial topic to listen to during yoga session, but think of it this way - if you can do yoga while listening people yammering about Bitcoin, you can do yoga anywhere :)
The Bitcoin Yoga event seems to have been a one-time and not a periodic event. Not to fear, as the specific new yoga type has made it to multiple news outlets, this will probably soon be repeated again. Until then, you still have the possibility to sign up for a "psychedelic discussion on decentralization" on May 15th.

Seems like these big name guys are starting to change their stance on bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general. Maybe they are starting to see its potential? Not sure but definitely worth seeing.
Also, bitcoin and yoga? Am I reading a future ICO perhaps? Seems like a good idea for a dAPP.
