well first you must make more on your posts maybe buy upvotes from bid bots, do a poroject for your area, really do something special make some streem art ro something
then you just convert steem to bitcoin using blocktrades and cash out with either bitpay debit card or coinbase or whatever exchange or bitcoin atm or localbitcoins dealer
