Thank you sa reminder. Natamaan jud ko ani kay puros utang mi karon para mahuman amung house but we have a debt-payment plan and it will take time for us na makapay pero at least wala nami nag abang..i still consider it as good debt.

I really forgot to include good debts te and I believe that is a good debt as well. Glad to know that you are starting to pay for your own house. And I agree! It is much better than end up paying for rent for the rest of your life.
