Welcome back!

Today was another crazy day in the markets, trading the recent volatility in the ES [Emini S&P 500] futures contracts. This volatility has picked up significantly for few weeks now, and for those that are less adept to it, they might be blowing up accounts right about now.

Nevertheless, I still managed to exercise discipline today & got out a with a conservative profit of $25.00 gross before market turned against me and shot up in a big way.
