We can be narrow-minded and suggest that the stock markets are doing well. The economy is booming, and everything is steady and stable. We can fool ourselves only so long. We get this view by looking not just at US markets but specifically, just a handful of tech stocks. That’s it. They’re by far the best performers making up almost all of the gains we have seen in 2018. But no worries, the Fed will bail me out, right?
