I was just looking at the property taxes in communist Illinois, and buddy I gotta tell you I see big trouble here . One place I was looking at went from $7,055.83 in 2004 to $12,263.31 in 2016⁉️This is just an average apartment building with 8 two bedroom apartments on the second floor , and 4 commercial properties on the first floor , worth only $96,404 . The numbers just don’t make any sense . But thats what they have ,, and then they try to make you believe everything is just fine .
