You see them at houses, business premises, temples, at the foot of statues, by the sidewalks
'sari' means essence and 'canang', a small tray or basket made of palm leaves
And 'canang' in the Kawi language means 'ca' beautiful and 'nang' purpose

These daily offerings are made to thank the gods in praise and prayer
While the philosophy behind these offerings is self sacrifice as time and effort is taken to prepare these...
And that's why she looks happy and at peace preparing these!

They are everywhere in Bali. I wonder they put so much effort into it and they are sort of short lived! But it is hard the grasp the structured Balinese mentality:)
