This story reminded me of a fairy tale Alice in Wonderland. Here, somewhere, in the bushes, there should be a bottle with a liquid that reduces growth.

Even restrictions are funny.

I made this photo black and white, for the reason that only a black and white mind could come up with such a way to restrict movement.
