In this post I want to contribute to this great contest about black and white photographs sponsor by @monochromes.
This photograph is for me special, I took it on a trip at the beginning of the year to the Yaracuy state here in Venezuela, but what really makes this flower special is something else.
The mother of my grandmother, lived in a very large house, with many plants and animals, had great species and colors of cayenne, and is the only place where I have seen yellow cayenas with giant purple. After his death these plants were drying and each time showing less flowers.
It was 6 years ago until this trip that I did not see a flower as beautiful as this one, full of memories and emotions. I was also prepared to take the photographs, which in the gardens of my grandmother I had not yet met.

En este post quiero contribuir a este concurso tan genial sobre fotografías en blanco y negro.
Esta fotografía es para mi especial, la tome en un viaje a principio de año al estado Yaracuy aquí en Venezuela, pero lo que realmente hace especial para mi esta flor es otra cosa.
La madre de mi abuela, vivía en una casa muy grande, con muchas plantas y animales, tenia grandes especies y colores de cayenas, y es el único lugar donde he visto cayenas amarillas con morado gigantes. Luego de su muerte estas plantas fueron secándose y cada vez mostrando menos flores.
Hacían ya 6 años hasta este viaje que no veía una flor tan hermosa como esta, llena de recuerdos y emociones. Ademas estaba preparada para tomar las fotografías, cosa que en los jardines de mi abuela aun no había conocido.
