The Winning Strategy for moonSteem!
There isn't one. It is a gambling game. You are not going to make a positive ROI on a gambling site. That wouldn't work. How would the site make any money?
I have seen a lot of people asking so wanted to title it "the winning strategy" so that people who look it up will see this.
