Morning Routine

Every body should have a good morning routine for their healthy lifestyle. So today I'm going to share you some habits that will make you healthy and wealthy.

No.01. Making your bed: First thing you do after waking up from your bed is make your bed and make it neat and clean. This will give you first rewards and make you feel good.

No.02. Drinking water: Drinking of water is very necessary to our body after waking up because after 7 to 8 hour of sleeping we are thirsty and dehydrated so water will give you energy and make you feel fresh.

No.03. Exercise: By doing exercises on morning your body will don't feel laziness and your mind is also active because of blood circulation on our whole body.

No.04. Breakfast: Many of us will not have our breakfast because of rush to going office but breakfast is very necessary to our body. After 7 to 8 hours of sleeping our stomach is empty so we don't have enough energy to do any work.

No 05. Praying/ meditation: Praying is very important part of our life to connect with the god. It help you to calm your mind, body and soul. Because of this we do not get nervous in any situation and it will bring positivity to our mind and overcome any obstacle.
