طريقة التحضير
في إناء نضع البطاطس المسلوقة و المبشورة و نضع ابزار و البقدونيس و الملح و نضعها في طاجين و نضع فوقها اللحم المفروم و نضع فوقه صلصة البيشاميل و الجبن المبشور و ندخلها إلى الفرن

- Poivre
- Sel
- Kofta
- sauce Besamil
- Fromage Metzarella
la façon de préparer
Dans le pot mettez les pommes de terre bouillies et la propagation et mettez le bazar, le persil et le sel et mettez-les dans le Tajin et mettez la viande dessus et mettez la sauce sur le fromage et le fromage râpé et mettez-le dans le four
