la façon de préparer
Pour la farce, les pommes de terre sont bouillies, épluchées et étouffées avec le métal, une tranche de fromage carré (Kiri) et une sauce composée de ketchup Sel mayonnaise Soudanais poivre Au goût nous mélangeons tous les bien et les ajoutons au mélange pommes de terre et fromage. Les oeufs et laissez-les entrer dans le four, et nous leur offrirons

بالنسبة للحشو فيها البطاطس مسلوقة نقشروها ونمعكوها مع المعدنوس مقطع رقيق وقطع من الجبن المربع(كيري) ونمزج صلصة مكون من الكيتشاب.المايونيز الملح الابزار السودانية حسب الذوق نمزج الكل مزيان ونضيفهم على خليط البطاطس والجبن نشكل منهم اصابع ونعمر بيهم الورقة ونشكلهم على شكل سيكار ندهنوهم بأصفر البيض وندخلوهم الفرن يتحمرو ونقدموهم
