Mother's Day is definitely a special day. More so than Father's Day as most may concur. We usually dine out. However, the weather in Singapore has taken a turn for the worse in the past few weeks, hitting highs of 33 deg C, and Mother's Day is usually super crowded at the malls & restaurants.

We made a quick decision to order takeaway via GrabFood.

We decided on Fish & Chicks from nearby White Sands Shopping Mall, per my sister's recommendation.

Their special wasn't available - Fish and Lobster Combo - bummer. But we did get to try their Salted Egg Yolk Fried Chicken Pasta.

Didn't have to perspire or squeeze with the crowd. Delivery fee is only $2! Portions' great for the price - $53. Taste is above average. Most importantly, Mum is happy.
