BE GRATEFUL FOR WHAT YOU HAVE

If you are complaining about your life, i think you need to look at this picture and have a re-think. Someone somewhere is willing and praying to be in your current state.

Let me tell you a short story. Once upon a time, a certain man was driving a car and got stuck in a heavy traffic, he saw a flying helicopter and said to himself ''i wish i am rich as the owner of this helicopter" while still in his thought, another man who was on a bike saw the man in the car, He said to himself "i wish i am as rich as the man in the car" still in his thought, a man walking by saw the man on the bike and said to himself "i wish i am as rich as the man on the bike" Still in his thought, a crippled beggar on the corner of the road saw the man walking and said to himself "i wish i have legs to walk just like this man".

Now the point am driving at is, wherever we find ourselves whether good or bad, we should always look at the advantage of the situation and not the disadvantage, always look at the brighter side of things, it could be that you had grade C in a particular course you offered in school, but someone is somewhere nursing a F, or even if you had a grade F in a course, someone somewhere died before an exam, it could be that you think you are not beautiful or handsome enough, someone would be happy to have your looks or it could be you are not earning enough as your mates do, someone somewhere will be happy to have half of what you earn, it could be that you are complaining of what to eat tomorrow but someone somewhere has not eaten for days and even when things are not going the way they should, have the basic believe that things will get better in no distant time. Like i said earlier, some persons are praying to be in your current state. An adage says ''you don't know the value of what you have until you lose it". You should always be satisfied with what you have.
