Making Choices

Choice is an art of choosing between two or more possibilities, and everybody make choices in life. Sincerely, one of the most challenging things to do in life is having to choose from various options life daily presents to you, knowing that from every single choice you make there is a corresponding consequence. We all choose what to eat or wear, the place to live, the career to pursue, friend to have, whom to marry and which religion to belong to.

These choices without doubt have inescapable consequences. While some of the choices have short term consequences, others have long term consequences. You will agree with me that you are already enjoying or regretting the consequences of some choices you made in the past. Some people have even died prematurely due to the choices they made, perhaps because they didn't consider the consequences of those choices. Every wise person therefore should make life choices with the end or consequences in mind.

We all make choices but in the end our choices make us.
