Nobody cares how much you know until he knows how much you care. The moment people know you care about them the way they feel about you changes. Showing others you care about them is not always easy. Your greatest times and fondly memories will come because of people but also your most difficult, hurting and tragic times will come because of people.

People are your greatest assets but also your greatest liabilities. The challenge is to keep caring about them no matter what. People are illogical, unreasonable and self-centred, love them anyway. If you do well they will accuse you of self ulterior motives-do good anyway. If you are successful you win false friends and true enemies-succeed anyway. The good you do today will perhaps be forgotten tomorrow-do good anyway.

Honesty and frankness makes you vulnerable-be honest and Frank anyway. The biggest man with the biggest ideas can be shut down by the smallest man with the smallest mind-think big anyway. People favour under dogs but follow hate dogs- fight for a few under dogs anyway.

What you spent years building maybe destroyed over night-build anyway. People really need help but may attack you if you help them-help them anyway. Give the world the best that you have and you will get kicked in the teeth-give the world the best you have anyway. If better is possible then good is not good enough. That’s the right way to treat people, besides you never know which people in your spheres of influence are going to rise up and make a difference in your life and the lives of others.

Therefore regardless of how small your audience is, always do the best.
