All chapters of this book are written on the basis of personal experience, that is practical knowledge that you can apply in real life situations.

Formation of teams

Every team must have a leader. A leader is a person who has integrity, the strength of attitude, knowledge and resoluteness. A leader leads his/her co-workers and inspires them. If you want to be a good leader, you need to make
lists of all people with whom you want to communicate and write details about communications with them. If you can't communicate with a person, for some reason, then communicate with that person via another person. Make sure that the other person has influence the other person with whom you can't communicate well until the communication starts
working. Besides the goals, you need to have a working plan: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual. You need to write everything that you achieved, and that you didn't. Don't leave anything for tomorrow. All that you can do finish it today. By postponing, you will put off your success or meet failure.

Negotiations

f you want to negotiate, you must prepare yourself.

In order for negotiations to be successful, you must follow and know answers to the following questions:

With whom do you have to negotiate?

You must remember the name and surname of the person you negotiate with. When negotiating, treat that person with respect and adjust your tone and manner.

What school did he/she finish?
What did he/she engage in? What does he/she do now?
In what social circles does that person move in?
Does the person have a hobby?
Marital status
Family status
What does he/she want to achieve in life?
What are this person’s occupations?
You must put yourself in his/her position. You must assume the questions that will be asked, and answer them.
When negotiating with somebody, 2/3 of the time – listen to him/her and 1/3 of the time ask the questions and answer them very precisely.
You must completely believe in what you talk about and do. Be sure of yourself. Before you start with negotiations,
persuade yourself, that you are the best in the world and that you will end negotiations in your favour. Success is consisted out of many attempts. Difference between the rich and the poor peopleis in the number of attempts. The rich have good preparation, and create a good opportunity by themselves – that's a top of reflection in every
business. Become creative. Think in an imaginative way. Some of the biggest accomplishments of humanity were because of the imagination (wheel, car, aeroplane, the journey to the Moon, computers, Internet)

Psychology of negotiating

would divide negotiations into two possible parts:

  1. Negotiations with the people you know
  2. Negotiations with the people you don't know

Negotiating with the people that you know It is necessary to perform the analysis of the personality (how old are they, what do they do, what inclinations do they have, what can we offer to that person and that is acceptable to them). The essence of every negotiation is to reach the sphere of interest of the person you negotiate with, after that, the person should get the offer they cannot refuse. The offer must consist of the conditions that are attractive and that provide security to the other side would give money for what you have to offer.

Negotiating with the people who you don't know

It is necessary to perform the analysis of the personality (who is the person, what do they do, what are their interests, what kind of offer they can accept). It is much harder to work with unknown people and this is where observation and intelligence appear. You should simply focus on the questions, compliments and true admirations towards the person in the first place, especially if that person is a business person or a person of power.

No matter with whom you negotiate (known or unknown person), it is important that it is a person or a team that makes decisions.
