There is no general answer I can give to you. I can give you past moments, when I had the deepest feeling of being connected to a human being through the magic of a moment. It depends on my state of mind and body to be inspiring to a person (and the involved one, too). I work with young adults & there were some precious ones when inspiration worked its miracle and was felt by my young client and me right away. It is nothing what is said, not the words, not the expression. It is what resonates between two people. You can change the world for a human being in this field of resonance, where truth can be felt - pure and good.

The absence of showing off, fake and dishonesty.

In the week my mother died, my sister and I were comforting her. My mother refused to eat, she wasn't able to speak any more and had times of confusion. But in the moments she was clear, I felt the impact of her glance at me. When my sister gave her the spoon with the soup, she raised her hand, pushed the spoon in a very confident and quiet manner away, looked at my sister and said: "You, eat". That was all. I deeply understood that the time for food was over. She inspired me a lot through that. It was one of the most touching and profound moments of my life. Right after we were laughing.

The greatest inspirations my son also gave and gives to me. Just by his childish way to perceive the world. One day, back then he was two or three, we walked home in the evening. He looked up the dark sky and said: "Look, mom, the moon has melted".
