FOCUS
Hey guys, it's your girl @faetee and today I'm gonna be talking about focus. So let's start with the definition of focus.
sourceWHAT IS FOCUS? Focus means to concentrate or to direct ones attention on something.
Focus also means paying attention and in other to achieve certain things, you have to pay attention. You have to that goal or dream without giving room to distraction.
Focus is one of the essential factors needed to attain success because focus is needed in almost everything we do including solving problems, thinking, learning, decision making and so on.
sourceWithout focus, you will find it difficult to think because if you let your thoughts cloud your mind, you'll end up getting distracted. If you can't focus effectively, you can't think effectively and if you can't think effectively, you can't produce the quality work necessary for success.
In other to achieve success, you need to be focused, you need to focus on your dreams, focus on your career and goals. To maintain focus, you have to try as much as possible to free yourself from distraction, when you want to think or read, look for a quiet and condusive environment. You can also build your concentration level through constant practice.
You can achieve anything, all you have to do is remain focused and the sky will be your limit.
