Life is like a moving vehicle, you are always on the wheel driving it towards its destination. There is no driver that drives with his/her head turns to the back and expect to drive freely and safely. No! It's not possible.

So is life, you have to keep you head straight and look not to the back unto those things you've lost. Do not waste your time looking back and dwelling on those things you've lost rather move on, be focus! After all life is meant to be traveled forward and not backward.
