Hard work versus working hard.

People often interchange the two. Doing hard work isn't bad, but often doesn't pay much. Do you know an elephant? An elephant can uproot a full grown tree without much effort. That's hard work. In the end, what does the elephant get from the uprooted tree. The elephant doesn't use it for food or shelter. That's hard work with no pay.

Ants are creatures of little strength, yet they store up their food in the summer;

You don't need to do hard work. Work hard on what it is you do. Be committed and focused. The only thing that starts from top to bottom is a grave. With consistency, you can reach for the top.

Put in much effort if you want a good out come. You don't post once a week on steemit and expect to be a whale. It doesn't work that way. You have to roll your sleves and get to work. It will get difficult, but look beyound that. What do you want? When you are focused on what you wanna achieve, nothing can hold you back.

Don't look for a crooked way to get to your destination. Short path isn't always the best path. Don't forget to say a prayer as you work.
