Dealing wisely with anxiety

Many are the problems of life and concerns .. Of them is not easy to solve or ignore, and another is a severe burden on the soul feels human urgent need to escape himself from the tight circle that tightens and tight around him and make him steeped in concern and distress.

We always have positive theories of thinking and we hear a lot about solutions to happiness in life, but how to get to that happiness if the worries and difficult problems impose themselves in our lives as a guest unwelcome heavy, we wish from the bottom of our expulsion from our lives forever but he refuses to leave !!!

Some ask: Is our thinking positive and ignoring the negative events in our lives will change reality? Can we always think positively even if reality is harsh and fool ourselves with this false optimism?

The logical answer to these questions is that positive thinking alone can not, of course, change the reality, but it gives its owner a push to always look for solutions, hope wherever it is, and make positive aspects of something happen and, most importantly, And morally. When we talk about positive thinking we mean positive based on a sound logic and not a false positive positive naive reality. In order for positive thinking to be based on a sound logic accepted by the mind and responsive to effective ideas, the person must be fully aware of the reality of the problems facing him and all of their dimensions and a comprehensive view of all the possibilities until they are overcome.

In order to be able to deal with you conditions flexibly, you needs without any doubt an internal energy that serves as a magic engine to sharpen the momentum and gather forces to become a positive and persistent player in your life. But where will this energy come from if a person is overwhelmed by pessimism and negative analyzes ?! Negative thinking pulls man out of his energy, becomes a will and falls victim to depression. Therefore, a person must be aware of the seriousness of his thinking if it negatively affects his morale and personality and the way he deals with situations.

A person can pull himself out of pessimism and negative thoughts if he is conscious and aware of the importance of controlling his thoughts and redirecting his mind to the right direction.

Thinking is not one of the involuntary movements such as breathing, heartbeat, constriction and muscle flexion during movement ... etc., but it is by the will of the human being and controlled by his mind and choice. He can stop the torrent of frustrating thoughts and negative thoughts that flow in his head and resist him by distracting him from his mind and focusing on what benefits him. Same reassurance. He can learn how to reduce the impact of problems on himself, how to simplify things rather than complicate them.
